He performed comprehensive diagnostics and provided us photos to explain what was happening with our air handler unit, which is located in the attic. "okay, but not great. For the wiring, he just changed the bulbs, which I provided. Was unable to fix the wall outlet. In the process, he broke the wall switch. Had to replace it with a different switch, which I don't like as well. I didn't realize until after he left that he had installed it backwards. I can live with it, but it's inconvenient."

"After the technician explained all the potential modifications necessary to install an electric tankless water heater we decided not to proceed. "He did an excellent job, he showed up every day. He realized that he had underbid it which is why the other people charged more because there was fiddly stuff on the porch, it wasn't just slapping big pieces up. It was down to the fine detail work. He didn't ask for more but I paid him more. He's a one man everything. He pretty much works by himself. There were a couple day he sent some apprentices or something not to do the fine detail work. We told him we were under a deadline, we had to have it done by a certain date for bank stuff. He worked from first light until dark every day he could. There was day he was sick or had a family emergency and he still made the deadline. He really felt strongly about doing a good job and doing what he promised."

"It went very well. Booth Sen was professional, friendly, and did a great job. This is the second time I worked with him, and I would want to work with him again. After he installed the ceiling fan, it turned out that the fan was defective. He took the time to talk to the fan company tech service and the store where I purchased the fan. The store had a replacement fan in stock. For a small additional fee, Booth took down the defective fan, returned it to the store, got the new fan, and installed it. I have a time crunch for making improvements to the house, so I was especially appreciative for Booth making the time to make everything work that day. (Note that the price I mention here included the extra trip due to the defective fan.)"

"Travis and his coworker were very friendly and professional.  We had a few hiccups because they didn't have a tall enough ladder for the install.  They went and rented a taller ladder and continued the install only to find out that the down rod that I had wasn't compatible with the new fan.  So the crew was at my house for most of the morning and wasn't able to complete the job. 

I rescheduled for the following week and had the correct down rod on hand and they finished up the work.  The install ended up costing about twice as much as what I was hoping for but I have to take blame for most of that for not having the proper part.

All & all it was a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use TD Services again in the future.
