"We have lived in our home for almost 30 years. The last few winters I have noticed that it was colder, more drafty in the house especially around the window and attic door frames. We started with a phone call to a very pleasant- knowledgeable receptionist who set us up with a very pleasant- professional- knowledgeable Sales Rep. His presentation was so thorough and well done that we committed to a “Job” that evening. We were totally impressed with the product- the quality and value of price. Our install date was this past Friday, 12/3/21. The install “crew” arrived promptly at 9am and went over everything that they would be doing. Again- “Top Notch”, knowledgeable, friendly and professional individuals. Their cleanup was impeccable, you would never know that anyone had been there. We have already noticed a big difference in these first few days, especially after “the High Winds” of Monday, 12/6/21. The house is quieter from outside noise and the drafts from the attic door and window frames have disappeared. Thank you USA Insulation of Buffalo for a job well done! "It went very well. They were prompt, efficient, knowledgable ,and courteous. They tore off a large section of singles and underlayment and found our leak.They replaced the rotted decking from the water penetration, and put on more water and ice barrier and replaced several courses of matching shingles. They also made sure all flashing points were correct. We have had several leaks over the last 8 years, since this roof was installed in '05. The original roofing company did not properly install underlayer sheathing, and as such, there were gaps and exposed wood which let water through every time it rained. We feel confidant in Highland's work so we may now address the damaged plaster areas inside our home.

"The installation started great and ended better! Professional and courteous workers including the owner Matt. They showed up timely and on continuous days. We did not have any mess or noise complaints from the neighbors.

All siding that was removed was carefully replaced.

All mess was cleaned up before leaving.

One small problem was some adhesive that was spilled on a relatively new cement driveway. When notified, Bauers had someone scrub the area with a special detergent.

"Clearside Home improvement did a great job repairing my damaged drywall. The work was done well, they communicated well, and they showed up on the day/time agreed upon."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
