He cut the root away from the line and turned out water off to save us water and money. All done professionally and cordially. Cons: He arrived very late in the afternoon and didn’t have the right size pipe (1 in diameter) to make the repair so I had to have another repairman come out the next day and finish the job."

Another company was sent over earlier from our warranty company to diagnose and treat the problem. He stated that you couldn t not access the line from within the house so he d have to dig outside to access the pipe so our warranty company wouldn t cover the costs.
