"Was on time and answered all questions with great patients. It took a while to diagnose the problem. It seemed to be a bad AC unit. It is an old unit and was told need to think about replacing, but this time it was only a faulty thermostat. He didn’t have the exact thermostat we wanted so installed one we could use until the part was ordered. He came back and installed the new thermostat when it came in.
