They were happy to fix the spring alone, but we asked for the full door replacement. They were still able to get us in the same timeframe. We contacted them Monday morning and by Tuesday night had a new, better door installed! We also appreciated that this is a small company, so we dealt directly with the owner and his wife. He removed the old one and installed the door himself with a helper in just a few hours."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Ryan Ross was our contact and he was very responsive and honest. When the crew was installing the roof, Ryan was on-site a lot of the time, making sure the roofers were doing what was needed. The job site was cleaned up very well, a nice surprise to me. The roof looks great and the gutters match my paint job well. We have a lot of landscaping and really only had one shrub damaged during the project. I also appreciated that DWC did not push us to have the roof installed until the temperatures warmed up. A lot of the homes in our neighborhood had new roofs put on during the winter, when temperatures were below the recommended temperature. I did not feel that DWC was cutting any corners.
