"?I strongly advise against using this inspection company. They completely missed over $30,000 worth of major foundation issues in the home they inspected for me. When I asked them to take responsibility and provide their insurance information, they refused to cooperate. An inspection is supposed to protect buyers from exactly this kind of costly surprise ? but this company failed at the most basic part of their job. I would not trust them to inspect any property.?"
