"The entire team did a wonderful job replacing my basement staircase with. After plummeting down the basement steps, we felt they were not safe, searched the net and found Cosmo Builders. They came out and we discussed the dimensions of the treads we wanted and the next day I had my estimate. I feel it was very reasonable for oak steps. We did are due diligence by getting more than one estimate before proceeding and Jaber Construction was really affordable compared with other ridiculous estimates we received. That being said Jaber Construction's work was fantastic! Nick the owner and his crew were very professional, and Nick was always available and easy to communicate with if we had any concerns regarding the remodel. Nick also suggested a place to get our tiles which made the process so much easier. From start to finish he and his crew were very professional and punctual.
