"The gentleman called when he was about 15 minutes away. He cleaned the carpet and removed all stains. My kids blocked the bathroom sink why running water which drained into the hallway carpet. The gentleman did a great job in sucking all that water. After finishing cleaning he helped fix my vacuum cleaner which I was about to discard because it was not functioning properly. Very good family owned company. I will always use them until they choose to retire."

"Derek came out on Jan 25th, took measurements, took a lot of time to ensure color matching of the grout, told us exactly what would be done, and scheduled the work for Feb 12th. Not only did they perform all that he said they would do, but realized that the "repairs" by the previous contractor were not going to last very long. Using a dremel tool, he removed all the "bad" grout repairs, and mixed and installed new grout. I had to go to work, but my wife informed me they did a perfect job of blending, matching and sealing the entire area. Also, unlike the first contractor adding for each little additional item, Derek didn't charge for the removal of the bad grout, even though I fully expected him to do so.
The finished product is outstanding, color matched perfectly. We had one very small area that needed touching up, and Derek returned two days later and did so. Exceptional job and exceptional people.

We had 3 bids all through Angie's List, one of the companies Granite Outlet II that  we had used before. The other two bids were from Solid Stone Fab. and KAT Fab

Most of the bids were similar, except all of the companies provided different prices for removal, sink cutout, plumbing for rehook-up of sink, and rehooking up stove top.

Granite Outlet II had a plumber in-house. Solid Stone had a recommendation for a plumber and KAT didn't provide a recommendation.

We kept our backslash and KAT was the only company that had an issue with cutting it down if needed. And it was cut to allow for the quartz.

We chose Solid Stone Fabricators because we trusted Claudia to do a good job for us. She was very attuned to our needs and anytime we asked her a question if she didn't already know it she got right back with us. She took good notes and made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with. We went to see the where the countertops were fabricated at Solid Stone and we also went to Cambria Quartz in Carrollton and looked at the Quartz we wanted and received large samples there.

They came out and measured and showed up on time, then we scheduled for the install.

The installers showed up at their scheduled time and finished in less then 5 hours. The next morning the plumber came and hooked the sink and stove back up.

Claudia came out a few days later and bought us our extra quartz. its VERY heavy but we wanted to keep it and they also made us a cutting board.

"Wow!!!  Fernando did a fantastic dry carpet cleaning job!!  Before Fernando cleaned the carpet, we had all kind of stains caused by drink, paint, ink, arts and crafts, candy, pets, kids, etc... The stains are all gone now.  He saved us a lot of money as before Fernando cleaned this carpet, thought we were going to have to tear it all out and replace it.  Again, now it looks brand new!!!
