We had couple of meetings about the design, materials quality etc. He built a wooden riser for back row seating that can be removed in the future if needed and used high quality materials. The construction of an additional wall was smooth and he even put an sound/thermal insulation to make it acoustic friendly. Staining of the door was perfect.
