"mike was very prompt in responding and professional.  his bid was about where I thought it should be.  he did the work he said he would do in the timeframe he estimated and even fixed a couple small things I asked him to after installation.  very happy with the ease of getting the job done, ok with the price (although he knew I found him on Angie's list, I didn't get a 10% discount as far as I know).  he does build his gate structure differently from most others.  it looks the same on the outside, but not on the inside.  I had no problem with the difference in appearance, but I did think the inside structure looked out of plumb.  since it was a cosmetic thing, not structural, I did not mention it to mike.  a couple weeks later I had another post rot out and mike fixed it quickly.  maybe i'll talk to him about a deck next.................
