They worked very hard in the hot sun and installed very patiently. Very cooperative, cleared all the questions we have. We had an issue with the drainage of the purifier as it occupied our washer and dryer which prevented our washing machine installation and Costco denied the installation. Our garage had water all over the floor.  We had no idea if a pipe had broken in a wall or if there was a slab leak.  My call was promptly answered and even though it was two days before Thanksgiving, they were able to send a technician out that day.  He discovered the clogged softener drain pipe and cleaned it out.  All is working perfectly.  I must add that the tech got stuck in traffic in Austin,but, I was called and told that he would be later than expected.  He arrived at 7p.m.cheerful and happy to help us.  I was very impressed with his dedication.
