"Jarod came by today to fix my dryer. It only took him minutes to figure out the problem. He gave me a couple of options and when he left, my dryer was running. Very reasonable and very polite. I will be using him again."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"They repaired the ice maker. They did that with no problem. They were also supposed to repair the dryer. It was to much and the repair did not happen. I had a real problem with trying to get that resolved. I currently have their service as a home warranty. They had two different companies come out and one was never resolved and the other was completed the day they came out. The area was left clean,"

"The repair person came on time for our appointment. He diagnosed what was wrong with my dryer. We set a return date for him to come and repair the dryer. He was on time and completed the job within a timely fashion and for a very reasonable price. I would definitely use A-1 again."
