"Working with Dave was and still is absolutely awesome. When it comes to prompt service, honesty, knowledge and fixing the issue, Dave helped us out a ton . I had an issue with my Samsung dryer not heating. I first reached out to Samsung directly and was given a very basic trouble shoot over the phone, when that proved unsuccessful, I was given the phone number of 3 service companies. After talking to all 3 call centers (after a nice long hold time) in a very non personal customer service type of way and getting ridiculously high quotes for services calls, I looked into finding a local technician myself. I came across Call Dave Appliance Repair and Im very happy I did. Dave answered after 2 rings of the phone and helped identify the problem, how to fix it and shared a lot of info and knowledge. We scheduled a service call and Dave was prompt, worked fast and was very fairly priced, he also followed up to make sure everything was still working after the service call. "Norris is the ONLY appliance repair company I call. Over the years for different appliance repairs, fridge, range, washer, and most recently dryer, i have received quality service at a fair price. The guys are professional, personable, punctual and know what they are doing. The most recent experience last week for a dryer with no heat. Nick was on time, diagnosed the issue in minutes of a bad thermal fuse, had the part, replaced, and heat was fixed. I can call them for small repairs for a fair price and they respond immediately and set appointments within a day or 2. No other appliance repair companies are needed with Norris as our go to appliance repair co."

"Bob immediately emailed me on Angie's List with his cell phone number and I called him the same day.  Since this was for my parents, I explained their situation with the frozen pipe and gave him their home phone number.  Bob called my parents that day and made an appt to see them to next day.  He came out and took a look at the area and brought out several large heaters for the cellar and the coal chute area.  He and his crew came out several days and used the heaters to try to unfreeze the pipe.  After several days he concluded that the pipe was frozen under the street and was the city's responsibility (in which he was correct, the city came out and found the area and was able to unfreeze it).  Bob and his crew was courteous, professional and really made my parents feel comfortable which made me at ease since I live in TX.  I was glad to hear the customer service that he provided my parents.  Thank you Bob!
