Lastly, I expected them to handle the reconstruction (drywall and flooring). Instead, they referred me to a third party who was very hard to reach. I didn't think anything of it... they stopped answering me entirely and cancelled 3 appointments to come get it. It's now been almost 6 weeks. Since the tub hardware was old and corroded, I didn't want to take a chance of making things worse, so I decided to call in a professional; that the toilet started leaking was a (happy) coincidence for me, so he or she could do that at the same time. I contacted TruPlumbing and Tom was dispatched for the job... he contacted me to set up a time and date for the service call and also gave me a quote and the option to buy my own parts for the job, telling me what was needed, Tom arrived on time and had both jobs completed in a few hours; he was very professional, covered his shoes so as not to track dirt into the house, and explained what all he had done.
