"What a great company! The heart of any great company are its people, and Sharon, Alex and Chandler are wonderful! My stated goal was to upgrade my pump to a variable speed and install a salt chlorine system. Alex came out and gave me a solid overview of my current equipment (2004 vintage), what was possible with the current generation and recommendations. His encyclopedic knowledge and his clear way of explaining the possibilities and changes (based on what I wanted to accomplish and what was possible with my current equipment) was incredibly helpful. Following his visit and an initial quote from Sharon, we clarified what I wanted to accomplish. Sharon's follow-up on my questions about equipment choices (with me, then Alex and back to me) was incredibly timely and helpful. I elected to go with the pump, salt chlorine generator, control board upgrade and new filter, as their quote for purchase and installation was eminently fair and reasonable. Alex and Chandler adjusted their install schedule for my convenience. Once on site, they went above and beyond what was expected. I rarely take the time to write a review, so the five stars are well deserved by the good folks at Assured Pool and & Spa Service. I recommend them without hesitation."

"Well as usual I looked on Angie's list and happen to see a special for the cleaning by lightning Pool Solutions and thought I would give them a call first on my list of calls for the job. I called them and spoke to Dean and set up a day and time for him to look at the pool. Dean arrived a day or two later as we arranged and was right on time. I took him in the back to see the pool and he measured and we talked. I asked a lot of questions and Dean was great he answered everything I asked in detail and we spent around 20/30 minutes talking. I could have talked with him for hours he's really a cool guy and knows his stuff. We discussed price and he was in line with what I expected talking to all the pool guys at the stores. I was convinced he was the guy but I wanted to do a little research and told him that I would call him either way. I called the next day and cancelled all other estimates I had lined up. Let me add that during our talk he told me about Robert who was going to do the job and the story of how they started and you got the feeling that these guys build a business on honesty and doing the best possible job. So we set a time for Monday 3/13/17 between 8am/9am On Monday Robert showed up right on time and we talked. It was like talking to the same guy (Dean) your dealing with two guys that are great and the I didn't know at the time but the best was yet to come. He started I offered him something drink and went in the house and would pop out from time to time. I don't like hovering over a working man but like to see what's going on. He looked up and smile and if I had a question he stopped and answered it. Well after the Job was done I came out and we went into the back to see the completion and I was amazed and my wife couldn't believe that was our pool. It's Wednesday noon now and the pool has just completed filling up. My wife and I go in the back and just stare at the pool and can't believe it looks as new as it did 17 years ago. I want to thank Dean and Robert for the great job and great customer service. Sorry for the long review I just wanted to give people my story of my experience with Lightning Solutions and why if you need pool work these are the guys to call. They do everything that your pool would need not just the type of work that I got so give them call and see if I'm not telling the truth. 17 years old looks brand new. Made my wife very happy and you know what they say "Happy Wife Happy Life""

"Thomas was recommended by my regular pool guy - who is injured and physically unable to work. Could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Quick response - he was able to fit me in his normal rotation. Thomas gave me a time window and kept me updated when he was 30 minutes out. The work he performed was fantastic - vacuumed a 20 x 60 pool and cleaned my filters. Checked my other equipment and was on his way."

"Freezer was given to us by my mother who bought it new in 1993. When we plugged it in it wouldn’t get cold. I Was expecting a large delivery of beef so time was critical. Paul was very responsive and arranged in short notice to have an experienced technician, Jesus, come do the repair, even located replacement parts which based on age was a challenge. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend."

"We've been working with Alberto and Desert Gardens for 4 years. Alberto has taken great care of our home and we trust him like a relative. He is always quick, professional, reliable, and affordable. We highly recommend Desert Gardens for anything around the house!"

"This company I would use again and again. Such a prossional company. The work was done on time and when he was done I had a brand new shower /tube. He regrouted the entire enclosure. It’s such a great feeling to hire someone who does a job with no problems and excellent results. Hire this company."

"R O W was the only company of six called that responded with a professional, detailed quote. Several of the other five companies were highly rated within Angie's List, did not bother to visit the site, simply quoting the resurfacing. R O W altered the quote several times per my requests to customize the quote. They did not try to and quot;up-selland quot;, and proved a range of options and prices (thanks Randy!). They were able to start within the contracted start date, and a full team finished the job on time, even during the brutal summer heat. The quality of the work, both the color-flecked quartz surface and tile work, was very good. They made sure the start-up went well, even in my absence.
Without R O W, I doubt this job would have gone so well, we're very please with the result and the price was a bargain given the size and condition of this pool. My last contractor had walked off the job because of the spa wall re-build - R O W saved the day.
