"This was my 2nd job for our "go to guys" for all of our tv and sound systems projects and once again Elite A/V LLC came though like champs! Erik and Mike arrived on time as agreed to our new home and made sure they didn't track in anything on our new carpets . They were very careful with moving our new furniture as well. They looked at the job we had, made some quick recommendations on how we wanted it to be done and immediately got to work. There was an issue with the tv placement in 1 room due to stud placement, but they were able to get it so close that you couldn't even see the difference. The fact that it was to them and that they informed me of such a minor change really impressed me! Afterwards, they made sure everything was working to my satisfaction even before taking their tools out or even asking for payment, which was exactly what I was quoted and I really appreciated the fact that they didn't like with most specials, once the workmen are in your home they try to upsell you to death. "sales person arrived and explained how the wireless system I had purchased was "ok" but a hard wired system would be more reliable. He explained and walked the property and I agreed to his suggestions. The entire process was supposed to take 'about a week' and ended up taking 3 weeks. Approximately 12 holes were make to enable wiring and the company did not do the sheet rock repairs-I had to pay $500 for another person to come in and spend 2 days to take care of closing up. The job itself with equipment is excellent."

He then said that the cause might be the wall switch. He said he would replace it for $75. While he was outside in his truck, I bent the fixture a little bit and it solved the problem. We told him we did not need a new wall switch and gave him $20 for coming to our house.

"I had CD's Handyman do services.  They did work to my new mobile home.  There was a leak under the kitchen sink and it was coming from the new disposal.  He went at it two times to try and stop the leak and it didn't stop, he did say to me that he stopped it.  After he walked away I could see that it was dripping ever so slightly.  I kept a bucket under it to catch the dripping.  It wasn't until after they got done fixing the bathtub that the leak under the sink stopped.  It really wasn't his power to have fixed that until the bathtub was replaced and the pipes were all replaced.  There was a terrible leak in the bathroom there, I couldn't fill up the tub without it coming underneath the tub onto the floor.  I felt like he had kind of like a bad attitude, I wasn't very comfortable with the guy, he spent a lot of time talking to me about all his work life and what he accomplished.  That's all good and everything, he told me about his own personal life too and you know I guess just to show me his integrity.  Him getting angry with me makes me think, well he's a good worker, he's done very well, but his attitude, I just didn't want him around.  So when he came over that very last day, I had a list for him to do.  He put the latch on the door and during that time when he was looking at the list and we're walking around looking at things, my mother called and I was talking to her, then he walked up to me and waved his hand to me like bye bye I'm going and he was gone.  I paid him for all of his work and everything and just that he put the latch on that closet door, and he didn't do anything else.  I guess it was because maybe he's just about had it with me, so he left.  I think my main complaint about the guy was his attitude.  All together it was 4 visits, two of them were a week apart.  He said he had a doctor appointment, he had to go see about that doctor appointment and prepare for heart surgery.  He did the work on the West Harmon location.  He was here in January of 2017.  It cost well over a thousand dollars.  I did not like him shaming me, I don't like the way he talked down to me, and I just did not appreciate all the ways in which he talked to me about himself, I think he was trying to intimidate me into using him as a plumber, and I did not want to do that.  He did not respond, I always had to call him.  I think one time he called me back.  It took him three hours to do the stairs.  I was very happy with the ceiling fans.  They look nice, they act right, as for the stairs I think they're very steep.  They look nice but they're very steep and they're steeper than I thought they were going to be.  CD's Handyman, I thought it was just him, I didn't know there were others. "
