"Called J&M to replace a 50 Gal water heater that PSEG said I had. Technicians arrived on time and geared up with Covid protections only to find out that we needed a 75 Gal water heater. The team at J&M jumped on it and within the hour had a replacement. They laid out covers, cleaned the area, and tested everything before leaving. Quality job by this team. "Might have been better to wire (c wire installation) to its own transformer rather than using the transformer directly attached to furnace - thermostat shuts down when furnace LWC light goes on (intermittent as an auto refill is attached) and does not restart itself (thermostat) until I turn the furnace switch on/off ??? Will have to have the furnace man check/correct this during the annual service this fall."
