"Very quick, fixed within a half hour and we have heat again. I recommend them very highly. Have a problem? Hire them. Update 12/27. So, the system failed Christmas Eve. They came out and got it running but it was on its last legs. We got a quote, scheduled the replacement for the day after Christmas. That morning they showed up with the new system and we had heat by the afternoon. They came back the next day and installed the outdoor AC unit. I could not be happier with the pricing and service. I will say it again if you have a problem hire these folks."

"What started as a service and cleaning visit, ended up becoming an installation. We just purchased our house and wanted RS Perdue & Company to do a cleaning. They realized that the circuit board was not working correctly and there was corrosion from water damage. They worked on the furnace for 2 hours trying to get it work correctly. We had the choice to replace the board and hope we would get a few more years (the furnace was over 20 years old), or replace the unit. Bob gave us a good price on a new furnace, so we bit the bullet. They did not charge us for the cleaning and service visit. Bob made several measurements so the new unit fits like a champ. The installer was great, very polite to my wife. She was not feeling well the day he arrived. I will have RS Perdue & Company service my furnace and air conditioning unit in the future ."

"Terrific, we decided to go w/ Stoneberger because their sales representative spent time advising and guiding us through the options, the colors and styles of doors. She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. She also followed up on time and was super easy to work with once we decided on specific doors. Installation also was on time, efficient and went very smoothly. We had one issue that arose b/c of the age of our house and Stoneberger addressed it quickly and beyond fairly. Highly recommend them."

"Everything went very well. Mr. McWhorter thoroughly cleaned all the gutters, first removing debris by hand, then patiently flushing the gutters and downspouts until only clear water flowed from the downspout. ?He also discussed with me the effectiveness of my gutter guard, which is basically a screen that is designed to prevent leaves from clogging the gutter. ?He advised that installing screws at certain points would make the gutter guard more effective, but he did not try to sell that service to me. ?Instead he advised me to see how the gutters work over the summer, and then re-assess the gutter guard when the gutters are cleaned in fall. ? I am perfectly satisfied. ?Mr. McWhorter cleaned the gutters thoroughly, he was knowledgeable in discussing the functioning of the gutter guard, and he was honest in not trying to sell me additional services. ?I will turn to him for all my gutter cleaning in the future."

I had kept a flyer from Mailbox Xpress for several years, knowing it would need it. I visited their website to see if the offerings were still valid and learned I could still get the box and post my HOA requires. I called Mr. Hughes to see if installation was included, and learned that it was. As a result I placed an order with him, one he promised to fill within one or two days, which was fine with me.

The following day he delivered and installed a high-quality post of painted seasoned wood without cracks and with all the joints caulked before painting, and set in concrete. He mounted a steel mailbox to replace the plastic box the unnamed prior vendor supplied ten years earlier, mounted the required house numbers on both sides, and touched up the paint. The box looks great!

Mr. Hughes was courteous, friendly, and easy to work with. And as work orders kept him more than busy and I was the last customer of the day, he did my installation at about 8PM, long after other would have gone home, but I still got an installation much better than both the two previous (one the builder's original, the second by my neighbor after her guest backed a car over it).

"The company showed up on time and conducted the shingle replacement being careful not to damage the gardens around the house. They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. The cleanup was performed in an acceptable manner and the work was finished on time. Follow-up inspections by the company and I showed I had a good roof that was going to last another long time. I would definitely recommend this company for roof work."

"Mr. Garcia and his crew did an excellent job on our bathroom projects.  He presented options for us to save money within our budget, which was appreciated.  There were a couple delays with the project--but those were mainly due to weather and not within Mr. Garcia's control.  I love our new bathrooms.
