"Tile Clean & Seal and Caulk"

"Perfect. So prompt and professional. We found that a lot of tile and grout experts do not touch travertine. The Grout King had the experience with travertine and did an excellent job. They not only were friendly and knowledgeable but they cleaned up afterwards. We could not be happier. Absolutely will refer the Grout King to everyone. Thanks guys."

"I'm a big believer in shopping local and using local contractors whenever possible. So I was thrilled to find a guy with an A rating and 125 mostly excellent reviews who lived five minutes away! I'm so happy with the job John did cleaning, re-grouting, and sealing our shower floor--it looks brand new! He also replaced a well-worn drain cover at the completion of the project. He was hard to pin down to start the job--but usually that's what happens when people are good at what they do and their services are in demand! The price was fair, and the work was completed in less than a day! I'd use him again for tile work and recommend his services to others."

"DM Cleaning had good intention, but was unable to deliver as promised. Staff was energetic, prompt and enthusiastic. DM did a great job in addressing break in dryer air duck. DM was unable to clean our hardwood floors. We eventually did our own research (called the wood manufacturer) to identify the proper guidancein how to clean the floors. Area rugs were cleaned off premise and returned damp/wet. We were unable to place them back on our hardwood floors and had to place them in our garage to dry out. Note, not all area rugs were cleaned as promised. DM did not properly cleanup after the air ducts were cleaned, we had to go to several rooms and clean up some of the debris left from the vents. There was considerable confusion over what was paid for versus what was delivered. We had high hopes in working with DM Cleaning, but where left dissappointed. Good intentions, but short on delivery."

"Beautiful job! The kitchen counters have nevaska granite, and perla venata quartzite for the kitchen bar. Went in one Saturday, founds the ones we liked, took samples home to test for staining, etching, scratches - both passed with flying colors. Went back the next Saturday to pick our slabs, they came and measured, went back for placement on the stone and they installed the following Friday. They were in and out in a little over 2 hours. Very nice bunch of guys who did a beautiful job, didn't break or ruin anything - it was a pleasure to have a job run smooth and everything look better than when they came. We love the new stone, it looks like we have a bigger kitchen and the stone is so beautiful - we couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend KOL - they have an extensive selection, will answer ALL the questions you may have, and do a wonderful installation."

"He removed tiles where problem was happening...cleaned up area in question and replaced tiles. Matt was prompt and very knowledgeable."

"It was such a pleasure to work with Kevin and Alberto from Love Tile and Marble. Kevin was super responsive, trustworthy, and honest throughout the vetting/estimate process and that trait was consistent throughout the work. He was pretty easy to a get a hold of when I had questions leading up to the start date of the job and was also flexible with the starting date (working around my wife's travel schedule) which we very much appreciated. The floors look amazing thanks to their hard work and a clear attention to detail. I would go out of my way to recommend Kevin and Love Tile and Marble to anyone who needs tile work done. We couldn't be happier."

"Gerry from Impact is great!...What an honest guy..I did not feel like I was being ripped off. I definetely recommend them. My furniture came out looking great. Impact Cleaning is definetely worth it...thanks guys!"

"Splendid. I was referred to LHI by an acquintnance who they have done work for and who was raving about how they remodeled their bathroom. I hired them to turn an old out of shape apartment into a unit I am now renting for $1600 a month. The tiny bathroom in tgis apartment was gutted along with kitchen. They completely rebuilt everything head to toe and did major improvements. Everything was done in house, electrical, tile, carpentry and painting were all competed by professionals. The result, an apartment that I feel bad renting out amd want to move into myself. I recomend them 10 times over."

"Fantastic; The ceramic tile including ceiling and walls are masterfully done. Even have two niches for shampoo, soap and razor. The new tile is mounted on cement board that was coated with an expandable sealer. (the 30 year old tile was just installed on drywall). A laser was used to insure tile grout lines would be perfectly aligned. William also removed grout from existing floor tile I had put in two years ago and installed matching grout of new wall tiles- the floor looks brand new now! All work professionally done for a beautiful installation. And W Floorings subcontractor measured and installed a new stylish glass shower door. I’m am handicapped and I was so impressed how William insured that the new shower will work and be accessible for me."
