"Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.

"They did a competent and excellent job. They were very efficient, prompt and friendly. The door looks great and I was grateful for the needed repair to the hinge. Yes, I would hire them again."

"Great! The process went really well and mr. Lucas was very pleasant and professional. Always kept me informed and updated on the process of the bathroom. Best contractor to deal with by far! Thank you Angie’s list and once again, thank you so much Mr. Lucas for a wonderful job performed."

"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. If you are waiting for work to be done just know that it is worth it! Thanks Rightway!!!"

"They are a family business and work well together or solo. They are very professional, will take time to answer any questions you may have. We are bringing them back to do more upgrades on our home. We will truly recommend Indian River Contracting, LLC to anyone looking for a general contractor. They originate from PA as we do, so that was a big plus. They deserve a 5 rating. Keep up the good work. Anna Bowman & Dar March, Angola Beach and Estates"

"Since I was a former Home Advisor Pro it only made sense to go to Home Advisor Pro to find someone to do my projects for my new home! I have retired from my construction business and was looking for someone to help me in the installation of a new patio sliding door. Beyond Recognition was the one I chose to work with because of the professionalism James had from the start, beginning the initial phone call I made to him. James came out the next day to review what I wanted to have done. He was on time both for the look at, and when we set a time to have the project done. James and Darrell were a pleasure to work with, neat, clean and orderly in their work ethic! When the old door was removed we found water damage to the sub-floor and they repaired it to my satisfaction. My main concern was having a new door that would withstand severe weather conditions of wind and heavy rain so we would not have to worry about leaks in the future. It just so happened that the day after the new slider was installed, we had those weather conditions for the whole day. James and Darrell's workmanship withstood the test and my wife and I are extremely well pleased! I highly recommend James for any project. Thanks James and Darrell for a job well done. Joel & Candi L."
