"Not only did he do the job right he had to fix the previous technicians mistakes. He actually came out on a Sunday to repair our washing machine which had been broken for two weeks. With a family of seven that wasn’t helping us. We can’t say enough good things about our experience, friendly, honest,!thorough and professional. I highly recommend this company for your home appliance repairs."

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

A good attitude and a good variety of tools gives me everything I need to get the job done!

"I called Mike with Handy-dandy Appliance Repair in Temple, TX about my washer to ask him what I needed to do before running it because of us not having water for several days last week and he was very helpful and knowledgable with what I needed to do and my washer was up and running in no time and with no problem at all I well definitely call him in the future with any issues I may have and refer him to others.... THANKS MIKE!! for all your help!!"

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"It's a $75 service fee every time they send somebody out. It's cheap, you know it's insurance. They're excellent. I have no problems. I've been with them for years. They're fair. They give you a warranty on the repairs that are made. They're always responsive, I've never had any issues with their punctuality. The only problem I have with them is the wait time. The wait time to get to a human is sometimes extended to 20 or 30 minutes sometimes. They got prompts; you can do everything online, but sometimes you need to talk to a customer service representative about something. It takes so long, you'll get to them and once you get to them they're always responsive it just takes them a long time. I renew every year; it's a one-year renewable."
