"Rebuilt deck and added a roof over it...not only is it completely maintenance free, but it looks like it was actually a part of the house forever...amazing. Then inside the house all new waterproof vinyl flooring in first floor of the house, and pantry was gutted, a new wider door was installed, a ceiling light and switch was installed and a laundry center was installed with new shelving...all done including even painting and staining. Then the small repairs, new upstairs toilet, fixed garage outlet, added an outside backyard electrical outlet, fixed outside faucet, replaced two light fixtures. Owner was onsite and working every day. The owner, Brad, actually told me to tell him if I didnâ t like something. He said more than once to let him know if I wanted something different. All of the work done exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely hire him again for all future projects. THANK YOU. "F.A.S.T. Property Services did a complete master bath remodeling project for us. At our first interview, Matthew Smith fully explained everything to us using terms we could easily understand. We asked Matthew many questions which he patiently and pleasantly answered. He even gave us helpful suggestions as to how the project could be improved-things we never even considered. Matthew and Stephen removed the Jacuzzi in one piece without any damage or inconvenience to us. The walk-in shower that they installed to replace the Jacuzzi tub came out just as we were told. Matthew Smith’s tile work was phenomenal. We told him his tile work was artistic! You could tell he took the time to make everything just perfect, a sign of a quality contractor. Matthew and Stephen kept us informed every step of the way and we felt like this was a partnership. On a scale of 1-10, we would give them a 12! We were very pleased with the results and we would not hesitate to hire Matthew and Stephen for future projects. "Remo was great to work with. He was a great communicator and was efficient and respectful. Our house was built in the 1940 s and the floors and rooms are not even or level. He installed our floor practically perfectly in an imperfect room. He also re-bricked our stone fireplace and re-installed our mantel. The mantel didn t install as planned but Remo addressed my concerns and it came out better than expected. We plan on hiring him again in the future for other projects around our home."
