After that, the company got in contact with my wife and I to offer the opportunity to correct our previous bad experience, they even offered a 10% discount off of the original price quoted. We accepted, made payment and services was performed on 11/19/2020. Christian and James both showed up, James personally apologized for the prior hiccups and assured we’d be satisfied. The Mold Remediation was done on 11/19 and Christian returned the next morning for some additional stain removal. He listened to my concerns and wrote a report and recommended an indoor french drain installation based on his professional judgment of the situation.
I received the report with a schematic of my basement and his assessment as a pdf on email. He included a detailed estimate for the work proposed.
I feel that I got a report and an hour of evaluation for $49 and it is fair.
