He was thorough and gave a great explanation of the problem. He tuned up the heater and the problem seemed to go away. Nathan told me that if it recurred, I could go back to the original contractor to get a part replaced and installed, because my unit was still under warranty. Nathan was very honest and professional. I signed up for the Comfort Club, so that I could get my entire HVAC system tuned every year by Huft. Excellent family owned company."

I honestly recommend Ezra and his team of plumbers, because he his honesty and integrity, qualities that are sadly hard to find these days! Ezra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the tankless water heater system that we installed, and he was kind enough to come over and take a look at our new unit after it was installed and to check with us that the monthly bills came down as well. In addition to that, Ezra installed our new tankless water heater with the remote control that connects outside the tankless water heater. Because the remote control was not waterproof and if it will be installed inside the water heater, it would short circuit if it got wet enough. Thank you Ezra for going above and beyond for a "customer" who didn't even get to use you! Much appreciated. I contacted Angie's List this morning because I was in need of a Heating & A/C company.
Before I knew it I had made an appointment with CA Energy Services (for the same day).  
He gave me a time frame (about an hour) and asked if that would work for me.  Yes sir, it would.
"Roger" came within that window of time.  I was very happy for that.
We talked about the issue and he went right to work.  After some troubleshooting, Roger was
pretty sure he found the problem.  He did his repairs and some testing before the work
was complete.  
I was thrilled.  Of course I was expecting the worst but that was not the case at all.
Roger was a very professional gentleman.  He explained what I needed to know in terms
that I could understand.  Believe me, that is not always the case.
I highly recommend CA Energy Services and I will absolutely call them again if the need arises.
