"Totally excellent service. My furnace was not working so I had no hot water. I called after 7 pm and Mike was there first thing in the morning to check it out. He located the problem and took immediate action to resolve it. Called suppliers, located the part for a 57 year old furnace. The following day Jason and Chase came and made the repair. "I was impressed with his knowledge and his ability to explain his thoughts to me as we were reviewing what needed to be done to install a replacement propane water heater He scheduled the project right away and came in the time frame designated, finish the work and also did extra functions that had to be done to allow the equipment to get into my basement. He followed up to make sure everything was working well and offered to come back in a day or two if I needed assistance. His billing was easy and professional. We are hoping to have him back again next year to do some HVAC work."
