"He was on time, it didn't take long to install the water heater, and when he left he cleaned up everything, you couldn't even tell he was there"

"It was great. Found my water heater leaking in the middle of the night, I drained it and called Jud at 7:30 am, he called back in a few minutes. He was at my house by 8:15am, had my old water heater unhooked by 8:30, took some measurements and ran to get a new water heater. By 1:00pm or so we had a brand new Bradford White (made here in west Michigan) hot water heater installed and running! It was amazing! He also piped in a new overflow pan to my floor drain to prevent any future leaks down the road. Great guy, friendly, and couldn't ask for more. I would not hesitate to use him again! THANKS, JUD!"

"The service technicians that came out were fantastic. They were not only on time but replaced and repaired my faucet and toilet in a timely manner. Professional at every level. I will highly recommend them to family and friends. Any future plumbing repair or upgrade, they will be my first choice!"

"Joe came out the next day. Replacement water heater, updated the things that needed updating. Reasonably priced. Very kind and professional. I would call him again."

"Jordan did an excellent job installing my new furnace and A/C unit. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. I could tell he takes pride in his work—he is detail-oriented, careful, and truly a perfectionist. The installation was done neatly and professionally, and he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Jordan was an excellent find, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality heating and cooling service."

"Water heater needed some work and they performed it quickly and professionally."

"I am in my first week of owning and living in this house. Of course my water heater pilot light would not stay lit after day 5 of living here. Dan was the only one of 3 inquiries to call me back this entire today. He was kind and courteous. He understood that this was not an emergency, but found the time to be at my house between jobs in the same day. My water heater is 10 years old and although I need to start looking for a new one, Dan repaired this one allowing me some time to research and plan for the new one. Cost for job Well, I expected it to be more, so I was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely keep Dans number handy for the future. Thanks again, Dan!"

"It was difficult to schedule this service.  I emailed through the Angie's list site and they were not quick to reply.  It seemed like they didn't remember to check their Angie's List emails often.
Once I finally got the service scheduled, the serviceman was friendly and helpful.
I did however feel like this service was simply a strategy to get me to spend more money with their company and sign up for a monthly service plan.
