"It was great. Found my water heater leaking in the middle of the night, I drained it and called Jud at 7:30 am, he called back in a few minutes. He was at my house by 8:15am, had my old water heater unhooked by 8:30, took some measurements and ran to get a new water heater. By 1:00pm or so we had a brand new Bradford White (made here in west Michigan) hot water heater installed and running! It was amazing! He also piped in a new overflow pan to my floor drain to prevent any future leaks down the road. Great guy, friendly, and couldn't ask for more. I would not hesitate to use him again! THANKS, JUD!"

"Heat exchanger from outdoor wood burner needed repair, but this was mid-winter in Michigan., and this was pretty much our only real means of heating our large farmhouse. I was worried. Contacted TJ day 1, his crew was out day 2 to assess, take measurements and discuss options. They needed to locate a new heat exchanger, which they did. Returned on day 3 - started, completed, and tested repairs in less time than I expected. Our house never got cold, which was my concern. They also did a couple upgrades and needed cleanings. Best of all, in spite of potential for a real messy job, they left the house very clean. Knowledgeable, respectful, hard working, good communication start to finish. Got bill next day and it was quite reasonable for the work done. Thanks TJ, Hunter, and Justin! VERY pleased and would highly recommend."

"I am in my first week of owning and living in this house. Of course my water heater pilot light would not stay lit after day 5 of living here. Dan was the only one of 3 inquiries to call me back this entire today. He was kind and courteous. He understood that this was not an emergency, but found the time to be at my house between jobs in the same day. My water heater is 10 years old and although I need to start looking for a new one, Dan repaired this one allowing me some time to research and plan for the new one.
