"Awesome job!!! I called several HVAC companies before contacting Cody. Cody explained all the technical aspects of my issue and even defined the technical terms I didn’t know on the initial call. Not only did he help me understand my problem more clearer and help guide me down the various routes I could take to remedy them, he quoted me almost 50% lower than most companies. After agreeing to the service, he was able to perform the service the following day to restore my AC. Upon arrival with his crew, I asked him how long did he think it would take. He said an hour. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

Not use this provider in the future: 

We mostly likely needed a more detailed cleaning than we got from Air Duct Pro.  Our recent house remodeling did make our vents and returns especially dirty.  We have used other providers over the years, and I know that many of the others do a better job of cleaning the entire system.  We have allergies and symptoms of allergies that duct cleaning does improve.
