"Hired this company to install new furnace and air conditioner. I was impressed with Mike the salesman, he worked with me to make sure I got the best system that I wanted for our house. My biggest concern with picking a company out to do the installation. Any retired HAVAC person will tell you that you can buy the best products, but if not installed right you are going to have problems. Don and Dwayne did an excellent job making sure everything was done right the first time ( no shortcuts ). Company stands behind their installations with a guarantee, that is important. I like that everything start to finish was one price, all listed on estimate before work began. I will continue you use this company for regular service and highly recommend them. "I had a mini-split AC/Heat unit installed in my second floor bedroom to supplement my central AC. The second floor room is directly under the eaves of the house so wall space was a challenge. The house also has brick facade which added to the challenges. I hired Gorjanc Comfort Services, to install a 24,000 BTU mini-split ductless AC/heat unit and I couldn't be happier. The installation team arrived on time, were professional and friendly and completely cleaned up after themselves to the point of vacuuming the bedroom area where the inside part of the unit was installed. "They were very punctual and professional on both inspections.  We had our heating system inspected in November with a contract that also provided for an air conditioning check in the spring.  All went well with the furnace inspection and cleaning.  To be honest I had forgotten about the air conditioning inspection and cleaning part of the service until THEY called to set it up.  They had a different technician for each visit but both were very nice, professional and I believed did a thorough job.

"Service person was pleasant and communicated well. He performed services as described in deal, but failed to prevent accumulation of dust around work areas. Especially bad was the heated cellar where the overhead registers in the ducts were not closed to prevent gritty dust accumulation on furniture and floor and clothing in the laundry area. The house required considerable vacuuming and surface dusting to clean up the mess.
The service person provided guidance in selection of a more efficient air filter for the furnace.
After a few days the treatment did reduce the amount of airborne dust and reduced symptoms of allergies.
