"Itâ s a shame when you have a contract with these people and get hit with a disaster hurricane and have a service call during working hours they charge you for after hours serviceâ ¦ taking advantage of people with there charges!!! An also charging a (gas) fuel charge ridiculous!!!!"

"This ************ gave me 10 year warranty and than closes his shop after 2 years of installing my water filtration system. Now my system is leaking and thank God for you tube because I was able to fix the problem myself after taking apart the system and changing some internal parts. This company should have came out and fixed it or at least supplied the parts. "

"Was hung up on when called to inquire about services, refuse to answer calls, job partially completed, I was told I was called by owner and was not, was told supposedly at time of service I had to have someone else finish their job, I wasn't, payment instructions on receipt that weren't followed. Water was efficiently restored in good time, Long time customer treated poorly. Needed new electric line from switch to well, charged $90 for wire alone, ok whatever, but they refuse to bury cable and finish job. Told me to hire someone to do it."
