"We called Frank on a holiday weekend with our concerns about not having hot water and low water pressure in the main bath.He came on Saturday to assess the situation and assured us that he would be able to take care of the problem in a timely fashion. He was out with his crew on Wednesday to complete the job. Frank, confidently was able to replace the water lines so that we now have hot water restored in our main bath and also replaced the hose bib on the outside, because of low water pressure. We were very pleased with his and his crew's knowledge and expertise to complete the job with minimal disruption during installation.The job was priced very reasonable. We are extremely pleased with his prompt service to accommodate our needs. "I called Benjamin Franklin and the office staff were a pleasure to deal with, I explained my predictiment and they were very acommadating as an appointment was given the next day. PJ arrived on time and gave me a very fair assessment of the work and price of a new heater. I had an unique quandary and again the office staff was very accomadating as I was given an appointment the next day! My wife had a doctors appt. an hour away from my home so I was very comfortable leaving a key for the tech Shawn to install the new water heater. Upon completetion of the job he called me to inform me he had completed the job. When we arrived home I was pleasantly surprised how clean he had left the work area as well as the rest of the area to enter and leave. The heater is awesome!!! "This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!"
