PJ arrived on time and gave me a very fair assessment of the work and price of a new heater. I had an unique quandary and again the office staff was very accomadating as I was given an appointment the next day! My wife had a doctors appt. an hour away from my home so I was very comfortable leaving a key for the tech Shawn to install the new water heater. Upon completetion of the job he called me to inform me he had completed the job. "They accidentally overcharged me by a $114, in which I had to call them to get my refund. I felt the price was a little steep being that they did not actually have to repair anything. When they came to my home they found that there was a little piece of plastic stopping the shut off valve (for the toilet) from completely closing. This was a 5 minute diagnosis repair that cost over $240. I do not mean to complain ,but is this the average cost for something like this? The technician himself was extremely professional and pleasant, and the service was great overall."
