"Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations! I cannot recommend Advanced Restoration Solutions highly enough for their outstanding water damage restoration service. From the moment I contacted them, they made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. When our basement flooded late one night, their team responded promptly to our call, arriving on site within an hour. They were professional, courteous, and empathetic, taking the time to explain their process clearly and answering all our questions. Their expertise was evident as they swiftly assessed the damage and got to work immediately, using high-tech equipment to extract the water and dry the area thoroughly. The crew meticulously cleaned and sanitized the affected areas, ensuring no trace of mold or mildew. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and commitment to restoring our basement to its pre-damage condition. They even liaised with our insurance company, making the claims process much easier. Their services were not only efficient but also fairly priced. The team at ARS turned a potential disaster into a manageable situation, providing peace of mind with their top-notch service. If you ever find yourself in need of water damage restoration services, look no further than Advanced Restoration Solutions!"

"My sump pump stopped just as the rain from Zeta was hitting our area. I have a significant water problem and within a short period of time the water was inches deep in part of my basement. They said they would be there in an hour and they were there within the hour and was able to replace the sump pump before the water reached the furnace, water heater, washer/dryer etc. The service was excellent and the cost very good. That the cost was good was validated by a call from the company that originally put in the sump pump. I had called them first and after Remedy had completed the job and had been gone for half an hour I received a call to say they had a person available. He asked what I had paid and the brand of sump pump, he said it was the brand they used and that I had gotten a good deal. Remedy will be who I call for future plumbing needs."

"Wali Barack the project manager for water damage pro master was excellent in his service. He was extremely professional and experienced! He stayed with me through the entire dry out process. He was very thorough and inspecting everything even down to the studs. I will use them again in the future and will recommend and refer everyone to them."

"I have received amazing, top-notch service from this company. Direct, honest, fair, on-time, respectful . . . I could go on and on. They replaced my hot water heater and sump pump, did mold remediation, repaired water damage and finished my basement thoroughly. The walls, flooring, trim, paint job -- you would have never known there was a flood there. My basement is now what I wish it was when we bought our newly renovated home thanks to Maryland Flood Restoration. Its gorgeous! They took their time and explained absolutely everything so that I was clear every step of the way. HIGHLY recommended!"

"A true professional that is dedicated to serving his customers and will go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. I would definitely recommend for anyone in need of water damage cleanup, fire damage repair, and flooded basements."

"Very happy with how fast they came out and removed water damage. Employees were very polite, fast and efficient."

"I had a very nice experience with the Best Air Quality and Restoration team. The price seemed fair to me. I purchased the duct cleaning, mold treatment services. Amanda was very helpful in scheduling my appointment; I was hoping for an earlier date; Dennis offered to reach out to me if the option presented itself, which it did a few days later. On the date of the appointment, Sergei called to tell me he was on his way. Sergei and his crew of one were professional and attentive to my questions and needs, being mindful of my 6 month old. I was very satisfied with the service, attention and professionalism of Best Air Quality and Restoration. I would recommend and use their services again in the future."

"I used Milestone Restoration for water damage cleanup in my basement. They were very prompt to respond, very professional, and considerate to the fact that this was not covered by insurance. The result is excellent, everything is very dry. They were very professional and friendly. The price was much better than other estimates and they don't push for unnecessary work. I highly recommend them."

"It went great. Jon and Joe were fantastic, as were the guys who did the remediation. There was a ton of mold under the trim around our master closet door, and they identified the source of the problem (warm humid air getting into the wall cavity from the crawl space over the garage adjacent to our closet, and condensing when it hit the back of the cool, room temperature trim around the door). Jon was very knowledgeable when he came out initially, setting our minds at ease about the problem, the source, and the severity of the problem (he was not alarmist at all and did not try to sell me any work/services that were not necessary). They arrived promptly at 8:30am as promised, sealed off all areas outside the work area, and got everything removed/cleaned, and patched up. They also showed me a picture of the work they did in the crawl space over the garage, which will stop the problem from recurring. Then they cleaned up and it was as if they were never there. And they were friendly and polite through the whole job. They not only stopped the air from getting in from the garage, but they also sealed up the door frame to make sure no more air can possibly get through to the original area and start causing the problem again. When the work turned out not to require as much drywall removal as initially projected in the estimate (there was no way to know without getting in there and looking as the job started), they adjusted the price downward without us even raising the issue. This is a super honest company. I will definitely be recommending Mold Gone to friends and family, and will use them in the future (though I hope I don't have to)."
