"Jimmy Gusky HVAC is truly as good as it gets. One of our AC units went down and through the warranty company found our way to Jimmy Gusky himself. Although out of their territory, Jimmy was willing to make the extra trip to diagnose the problem. He was very responsive to get our initial service call scheduled and determined the unit needed to be replaced, and we all know these units usually decide to break down only when pushed to the limit in the hottest summer months and we need AC the most. He did the legwork to get the warranty company to honor the recommendation and as you can see from the attached photo put in a much more substantial unit that is doing a fabulous job cooling the home. Add to that he actually had the unit and scheduled the install even before the warranty company approved the swap out. I that isn't one of the greatest examples of outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to exceed expectations, I don't know what is. Big thanks to Jimmy and team for their commitment to excellence!"

"Johnny was very professional in performance of the hot water heater installation and helpful in answering all of my questions. Highly recommend the company. Cheers"

"Mr. Rema arrived on time Sunday morning to update my water heater. He installed an expansion tank, duct work and replacing the piping to the thermostat on the water heater. He did an excellent job and took his time. Mr. Rema also went to the local hardware store twice to pick up the material that was needed. The only reason I didn't give him an A was because he quoted me a price at the beginning and then went done on the price and then tried to go back up to the original quoted price. After talking with him he decided to keep the price at the lower amount that he quoted."

"Mr. Brian Langford made all the arrangements with the installation of our gas hot water heater from Lowe's via McCarthy plumbing. He was extremely helpful, patient, professional and available to answer all questions. Due to his approach to his work, we will be working with both companies in the future. Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

"Marin the tech was great he was friendly and took his time to explain what happen with my water heater and how I could prevent the problem from happening again. I would differently ask for him again to service my water heater. Thank you Marin!!!"

"Excellent service in a timely manner! I would highly recommend Star Plumbing to my family and friends"

"Lal personally came out to size my hot water heater replacement project, gave me a fair quote on the spot and was flexible in scheduling the work. He and his team were on-time the day of the replacement and did a tidy job replacing all connections and the drain pan. I was very pleased with their workmanship."

"Mr. McDowell is an expert in this area and had the fireplace serviced, up to code & working quickly. I can now have it inspected for the purpose of our homeowners insurance. I had hired him to provide a second opinion about the fireplace repair. He saved me the cost of replacing the fireplace-$3,000.00; and from a predatory salesman who had red flagged the unit."

"Very customer service oriented, very knowledgeable, went beyond and above compared to other plumbers he had spoken with."

"Earl is a master plumber. Great customer service and work. Earl and Roxanne replaced my hot water heater in a very tight space and did an outstanding job with the installation. Itâ  s been several days since the install and my new hit water heater is working great. I highly recommend Washington Home Doctors and I will be a repeat customer for future needs. A++ contractor at really reasonable rates."
