"We had a hot spot on the floor and a high gas bill last month leading us to suspect a slab leak. We called several plumbing services and Personal Plumbing was able to come out the next day with their own slab leak tech. The techs were on time and took about three hours to find the leak and reroute and place pipe to repair. They were able to avoid more holes in the drywall by placing the pipe on the exterior garage side, extending us savings. They also showed great integrity by letting us know that any repair would also have to replace factory pressure valve that was no longer working (putting pressure on our system). He was able to tighten the joint and the leak stopped. He replaced the cartridge in the bathroom sink and was able to reattach the handle. He was efficient and professional. Pricing was reasonable. He tightened the piping to stop the leak rather than pushing for me to replace the joint at this point. If it does continue to leak I will have Guardian replace it for us."
