The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. "I had called 2 roofing companies and could not get them to come look at the problem.  Handyman Matters sent someone out to look at the problem the week after I called and they gave me a ballpark estimate to make the repairs.  They did not charge for the estimate.  I scheduled the work to be completed within 2 weeks of receiving the estimate.  They worked with me to schedule the work at a time convenient for me and also for when the weather forecast was favorable.  The repairman (Scott) arrived on time and began working.  He removed the siding where needed and found the source of the leak to be incorrectly installed flashing.  He repaired the flashing and also removed and replaced the shingles and roofing that had rotted.  Scott advised me the flashing was incorrectly installed and was pushing the siding away from the house all along the top of the roof.  He told me he could fix it if I wanted him to, even though it wasn't absolutely necessary.  Since he was available and I figured it may cause a problem later on, I decided to let him go ahead and fix it.  Scott had to go get some materials, but quickly returned and worked hard to get the work done just before dark (4-1/2 hours).  I had to pay a service charge on the repair visit and also a charge for disposal of the old shingles and roofing.  But I did get a $25 Angies List discount!  I was very happy to get my roof repaired before winter as the leak would have only gotten worse.  I would not hesitate to call Handyman Matters again.
