"Our AC unit started to fail last summer and we contacted Anderson Mechanical. Mike came out to try and fix the problem, but with the age of our old unit we need to completely replace it. At the time we also requested estimates to replace our oil furnace and upgrade to a gas furnace. We quickly received a detailed estimate that provided with will all our options. "After getting a few quotes from local HVAC installers, we decided to go with Lancaster Plumbing Heating & Cooling to install a new Bryant 16 seer AC. Not only was their price competitive, but they also offered a few additional combinations and offers in their estimate(s) that other companies didn't mention, like installing a Nest Pro Thermostat and showing a few different brands of systems as opposed to talking about just one. While we waited for our installation date, which was actually pretty short, our AC was still not functioning. To help get us by, they loaned and installed a window unit for us that really helped during a stretch of warm weather that brought temperatures over 95 degrees. While I'm not sure if that's common among all companies, we really appreciated this gesture. During the day of installation, we received word that the heat exchange in the furnace (25+ years old) was cracked beyond repair, which caused us some concerns about carbon monoxide being omitted in the house. The crew responded fast, acquired a new Payne gas furnace, and installed it at the same time. They were professional, did a good job answering our questions along the way, and gave us a solid overview of the entire system before they left. The installation looks great and there was no cleanup required on our part after they left. Everything has worked well so far and we'll definitely consider using them for our repairs again in the future."

Greg (Owner of Mechanical H2O LLC) came to our house and discussed various options for a new and improved heating system. "First, the price quoted on the phone to us the day before service was not the price we had to pay after the water heater was installed. It was $200. MORE. Then, 2 days after installation, we noticed water on the basement floor around the base of the heater. We called, someone came out the next day and said the new piping was incorrectly installed. He fixed it (hopefully). This expensive water heater also makes a louder, rattling noise when it is heating up water, compared to our older model, the same brand, Bradford White. We can only hope this water heater lasts."
