"I'm picky and can be pain in the neck to be pleased. I want value service that is functional but doesn't cost arms and legs. I did a lot of research, calling, and got quotes from other vendors and decided to go with Cesar's A&C Quality Air. He installed a brand new AC in our single house home. He also came back to repair our heating unit. For the AC installation, his price was reasonable but the service and quality was top notch. He recommended us the appropriate brand that does the same work unlike 99% other vendors who recommend either the most expensive one or the ones sitting on their inventory warehouse. Cesar and his team are thorough and you can tell Cesar is in charge and the work gets done. We also have an old heating unit and I thought it was a quick fix but he came in and spent 1.5 hours with no complaints and explained everything like a professor. I had tons of questions during his each visit and he always answered my questions and provided even further information that I didn't even know I had to know. "They did a FANTASTIC job ! Had them out for a Central AC tune up while he was doing the tune up he found a short in the AC unit which was causing the Fan on the furnace not to go on. On the spot he replace the required part on the AC unit and solved the problem. The technician explained every thing that he was doing he was Very articulate, knowledgeable, and personable. "I was in desperate need of an AC unit repair and Kyle came to the rescue. Iâ  ve owned my home since 2019 and have been looking for and honest and reliable AC technician. Iâ  ve used a couple of other technicians but Kyle will be my go to moving forward. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and educated me on how my unit should be running. He even gave me info for what filters I should be purchasing to help my unit run efficiently. "Andy and partner arrived within 2 hours of my request on Angi, diagnosed the issue with my broken hvac in 15 mins and ordered the parts for repair. 8am the following morning Andy called to advise the part would arrive at his office by 10:30 and he would be at my house at 11:30am to install and hung around to make sure unit was operating as it should testing output of each register. Thankfully the hvac is again working as it should as it is the middle of winter. Andy was efficient, honest, good communicator and fair in terms of cost.
