"Oak called 2nd but came next day/ UN-prepared to do either repair or water test (requested on phone) or even replace with ready new ADA toilet that the lying receptionist booker said they have “some in stock and if not he will show a catalog of choices”. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

"The fellow who did the plumbing work, Ebert Bisset, was simply outstanding. I just bought a house in Visalia and it turned out the underground gutter drainage system was completely clogged and flooding the back yard. Had no idea where the pipes went or where it was clogged. Ebert had an excellent understanding of how those systems were constructed and how to best diagnose where the problems were via a fiber optic camera snake. Was a little pricey but very much worth the expense in this case as I was able to fix the systems without having to dig up and replace everything. Great experience!"

It was already dark outside but the tech gave me a quote and said he can get it done that same night. I was shocked and relieved at the same time. We had no water for over 24hours already and we have a family with 4 dogs and having no runnimg water was stressful. They reacted quick and did a GREAT JOB for US. The only thing I did wrong was I called this other company first daythis happened and they couldnt come out til the next day. They were 2hours late and their quote was too high. I wasted a whole day waiting for them when I should've used Homeadvisor.com first and they connected me with Certified Plumbimg & Drain. They did an AWESOME job and I would DEFINITELY use them again.
