Roof Coating & Sealing Contractors in Carnation, WA

"Mike and team were professional and impressed me by making sure that my broken front step was temporarily repaired for safety before the project got underway. Plus, they kept in contact by phone during all phases of the job. I highly recommend them."

"They do fantastic repair job on my porch column base."

"Very professional and quality work from a great team. The project was on time and on budget. Their quote was the mid point of the three quotes we received. Jack did the quote, walked us through it and was responsive getting the work scheduled. Adolfo and crew minimized the disruption and were done with a full 3500 SQ FT roof replacement in a little over a week. There were a few minor tweaks to the work order (additions), but nothing that required additional payment. They identified some siding issues that needed repair and recommended another company to take on that work. We would gladly recommend Three Tree for other similar projects and have already referred them to our neighbors."

"Rain City did a nice job. We enjoy the metal roof over our deck. Gave us lots of options and were reasonable about the changes we wanted. They (somewhat reluctantly) followed up with the roof drain rerouting on the punch list. The only thing they haven't done is repair an outer window that they accidentally broke (the outer pane of a 2-pane window). I'm going to bug them again about that."

"M&H gave us several discounts and unlike other estimators did not say We needed a new roof. They repaired our roof the very next day"

"They came on time .Did the job fast and efficient."

"They did a great job repairing the shingles on my roof. They were on time, explained what needed to be fixed, and got everything taken care of quickly. The repair looks great and they cleaned everything up when they were done. Really happy with the work and would recommend them."

"They cleaned our roof and discovered additional damage. Since they only blew away the moss, they did not charge us for their service"
