"Knowledgeable and fast! Had access to the heat pump technology I wanted to install while replacing defunct water heater. Prompt and efficient. Super satisfied!"

"Great overall service, replacement water heater within same day calling. Little pricey but quality work and would hire again."

"Purchased an Angie's List deal for a hot water heater for $799. However, when the installer arrived, my installation required a direct-vent hot water heater. That was provided by the company at a later date for $1799, a quite reasonable price. I would recommend them, and use the company again."

"Gray service. Replaced our water heater. Looks great, very professional."

"From the time I submitted the request on HomeAdvisor, they came out within two hours. Jeremy, the technician was very professional, identifying the problem, and recommending the solution. He was able to correct the problem within an hour timeframe and was able to show me on his scope the inside of the sewer line. He did a great job of explaining the problem in terms I could understand, and cleaned up thoroughly prior to leaving. I would definitely use his service again should I need it!"

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Trusted Plumbing & Heating in Renton, specifically plumber Aaron, and I must say that I am extremely impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, despite his youth, Aaron demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and dedication in resolving my plumbing issues. First and foremost, Aaron's knowledge of plumbing systems was evident from the moment he arrived. He quickly assessed the situation and proceeded to go through a comprehensive checklist of possible reasons for the water leak. His systematic approach not only instilled confidence but also ensured that no potential cause was overlooked. Aaron's efficiency was truly remarkable. He wasted no time in identifying the root cause of my high $700 water bill. He handled both the water leak and the backed-up drain issue. With his expertise and precision, he successfully snaked the pipe, eliminating the blockage and restoring proper flow. Then, he discovered that the excessive water consumption was due to a malfunctioning toilet that was filling too high. Aaron promptly fixed the issue, resolving the source of the problem and saving me from future water bill surprises. In addition to his technical expertise, Aaron's professionalism and friendly demeanor were truly appreciated. He patiently explained the entire process to me, answering all my questions and putting my concerns at ease. It was evident that he genuinely cared about his work and the satisfaction of his customers. My experience with Trusted Plumbing and plumber Aaron was nothing short of exceptional. They have certainly earned my trust, and I won't hesitate to contact them for any future plumbing needs."

"We had Mike Morris (plumber) and Brandon Arellano (apprentice) out to replace our tankless water heater and fix our condensation tubes and connect them to the exterior. They did a tremendous job of explaining the work, keeping the work place tidy, and completing the job on time. I am so grateful for a job well done and will definitely call South West again for our future needs"

"They were polite, and put the shoe protectors on before coming in. They stayed until the got everything done. They even cleaned up the water under the sink, and did a great job cleaning up everything else. I would recommend them to anyone. They were so nice, and showed up when they were supposed to. They came here with 2 employees, and were here for about 4 hours. If I ever need a plumber, I will call them."

"There aren't enough stars to describe how good this crew is. They recovered a 2007 Street of Dreams Home turned nightmare due to the original builder's incompetence and total disregard for building standards. This job included structural element repair/replacement, excavation,/regrading, electrical wiring, gas and plumbing lines, concrete and more. Throughout they were very professional, respectful and very skilled. They worked on my home like it was theirs."
