"Mark came out to give us an estimate in the spring - he was the first place I contacted, based on his Angie's List deal. He came out and gave us a frank assessment of the deal itself (basically that the cheapest air conditioner wasn't necessarily the best). He worked with us to find a unit that would fit our space available (not that much, since we live in a townhouse) while still getting as much efficiency as possible. When we were finally ready to buy, he was able to schedule the installation very quickly (within a few days(!!), although we opted for a different date for our own convenience.
When the day for installation came, Mark and his crew arrived promptly around 9am and immediately set to work. They worked all day and finished around 5pm. They were friendly and polite and worked neatly and quietly.
The only minor snag in the whole affair came later in the evening, when the A/C unit began to ice up and the house started getting warmer instead of cooler. I turned off the A/C and called Mark (at 8pm) and he answered promptly and advised me to leave the unit off until he could have a tech out in the morning. They came promptly the next morning and fixed the issue - which was due to the blower being clogged with dog hair. This is obviously not a problem with their installation, and I wouldn't even have minded being charged extra to clean out the furnace, but I would have expected them to discover the issue while testing the A/C, not having to discover it myself after they'd gone and I was looking forward to an evening of air-conditioned bliss and instead it was 81º in my house. They did come out and fix it without charge, so I was completely satisfied with the resolution.
Now, I'm enjoying the air conditioned bliss, and it's been smooth sailing once they got the inch-thick coat of dog fur out of the blower. :D

"Professional and courteous. They're not going to do you any favors but their service is solid. They fixed a leak on my Mitsubishi Mr. Slim ductless mini-split (a heater/ac wall unit). First, one of their techs came out to diagnose. He checked some stuff, found that there was no refrigerant and scheduled an LSR tech (leak, search and repair). Diagnosis: $215 The LSR tech came out, checked the system and found that there was a loose valve. He tightened it and checked the system and we were good to go. He evacuated the system and charged it with refrigerant. He also did maintenance on the outside unit. It looked pretty clean after he was done. Nitrogen Leak Check System (bubble test for leaks): $651 Repair Each Leak and test: $193 per fix Evacuate System: $432 Charge System with Refrigerant: $491 Subtotal: $1982 Yup, two thousand dollars. This is Seattle for you and not sunny Los Angeles. They probably could have taken off the fix charge but I get it. Either way, they fixed my system and I'm happy. I would recommend Greenwood based on their solid service and professionalism. If you're getting an AC unit fixed get quotes! I submitted requests for quotes after the diagnosis and out of the 5 or 6 companies that I contacted nobody would give me a quote and they wanted to send out their own tech to diagnose. But I already had a diagnosis. So I just went with Greenwood. I hope this helps someone out there. My AC is ice cold and I'm happy. Maybe it'll spit out popsicles!"

"Responsive and responsible.  We have a dialog and prioritze the work based upon safety, functionality and comfort.  Turn Key did not press for doing items we did not want done due to age of the car and cost.  On one occasion brought car into them for routine maintenance and suggested the spark plus needed changing as emissions test was due.  The plugs were not changed...and the car failed emissions.  Brought it back to Turn Key and the replaced plugs, brought the car to the testing facility, and provided a free oil change to mitigate our inconvenience.

"G&S did an excellent job installing our new furnace and AC unit. The best thing about G&S is that they warranty for 1 year. The circuit board in our furnace failed within a couple of months (no fault of G&S). Manufacturers warranty would cover the parts cost but G&S repaired and covered labor cost under their warranty. Also they diagnosed the issue and repaired very quickly. Definitely A++ installation and service."

"This review is long overdue in my praise of Washington Energy Services for their customer service, pricing and workmanship ! My first interaction was in 1999 when they installed windows throughout my house. They are still in excellent condition. I might note I called them over 20 years later to inquire on how I could repair a broken slider and they sent someone right out, charging a very nominal amount to repair it. In 2020, I needed to replace my hot water tank, and the extremely knowledgeable Christy presented several options, answering my many questions. Within the past two months, I seemed to be having an issue with my thermostat (something they had not installed), and the manager, Greg, came out twice with his crew to explore the problem. Today they installed a new thermostat FREE OF CHARGE! Their excellent response and customer service is beyond any company I have hired. And I particularly love that they are family owned and have been around for decades. Their employees seem to be there for the long haul, which speaks highly of the owner. I refer all my friends and family and I won't go anywhere else for services that they offer. Many thanks to the staff I have interacted with over the past 25 years!"

He showed up on time, explained and proposed several alternative solutions, and gave me a quote a few hours later. He offered to bring a portable unit from his office to use until he could replace the unit.
