"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Not use this provider in the future: 

We mostly likely needed a more detailed cleaning than we got from Air Duct Pro.  Our recent house remodeling did make our vents and returns especially dirty.  We have used other providers over the years, and I know that many of the others do a better job of cleaning the entire system.  We have allergies and symptoms of allergies that duct cleaning does improve.
