"Technician went above and beyond what was required to optimize an older unit"

"They did a good job, but charged $195 for a $60 dollar part, plus the $70 trip fee. They did provide the 10% Angie's list discount. Total cost $256 to replace the part. Professional people and he did wash both units to remove grass build up which was very nice. Very high price."

"Estimate and replacement process was great. Technicians arrived on time and were professional. Would definitely use again!"

"Rescue Air did a great job installing my new A/C system yesterday. They arrived with a crew of 5 guys who were well-prepared, energetic, and ready to get the job done. They were extremely thorough. I have two A/C systems in my house. Although they were only replacing one, they performed minor enhancements on the other to extend its life and performance. I paid good money for my new system, but I am firm believer in "you get what you paid for" and I feel that I received great value for my money."

"Everything went well. They were fast, on time, and did the job done. I have used the service 3 times now, and they were good at what they do. I would refer them and would recommend them to anybody."

"Fast efficient and reasonable cost"

"Highly recommend them. They worked with my budget and timeline to ensure I got the most unit for my dollar. Very pleased with their work. Used metal plenum and return! Clean install!"

"I have been a customer of Spencer Air for many years. When I decided to replace my AC units, they were my first choice. My experience was great! Justin provided an itemized quote that included everything I needed for the new installation. He answered all my questions and worked with me on scheduling the install. I was able to get the brand I wanted (Trane) at a very good price. Oscar and his crew protected all the work areas and did a great job with the installation. I am 100% satisfied with the work. I would recommend Spencer Air if you need service or work done to your HVAC systems. I have had a great experience with their AC technician David and I know he will do a good job maintaining my new system."
