"They were very responsive, starting with the initial contact, setting an appointment with their tech (Bryan), quote and actual replacement/installation of the new water heater I was called prior to the tech's arrival for both the initial inspection/quote and actual work. Work was completed within a reasonable time and in a courteous manner. The cost was reasonable (or at least, what I expected)! And I will probably use them again, if needed, and would recommend them to others. (I generally don't rate anyone a 5.0, but these folks have come the close!)"
