"Very professional and knowledge. Also replaced furnace at same time. The manager made sure my old system would keep my house cool until the new one could be installed. Left the house very neat. Everything cleaned up and old removed. Highly recommend."

"Frank Branham and his crew are reliable, knowledgeable, and get the job done in a timely manner. Very professional and now my go to for any heating and cooling needs. I have used several times and plan to continue using in the future."

"Work was  performed in an efficient and professional manner. Had to pay extra for all the ivy feet removal &installation of shutters. original estimate was for $626, but $726 for the entire job was worth it.

"They arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I was very pleased with their work. They also installed at an earlier time plastic under my house. They even noticed that insulation work I had done by another contractor was not completed. I called the contractor and told him they noticed his work and he came back and finished the job.  I didn't know it at the time, but they also install insulation. I would use them again."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
