"I had trouble with the AC about a month after they did an annual service and replaced the capacitor. The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system. Fast service, pleasant and knowledgeable personnel."

Curtis is so nice, just like all of the Estes employees we have had the pleasure of meeting with. My husbasnd has been a customer of Estes for aqpproximately 30 yrs. They are an excellent co. for AC, Electrical and plumbing! We've used them for everything. Curtis is honest and took his time helping us.
