The original duct work was all done incorrectly and caused the furnace (and A/C} to overwork. We had their representative, Danny come to our house one afternoon to give us a bid for heating, duct replacement, and air conditioning. Well, by the next morning we had we had a whole team of guys here and ready to start work on the job. I still don't know how they managed to pull it all together so fast!
