"Sergio made up for a terrible job by the workers he sent to do my tile job. He had to tear out everything they did, purchase new tile and redo the shower. He also made good when I discovered the shower drain had been plugged up - either with grout or a rag - his workers had left; Sergio covered the service call fee for a plumber to unstop my drain and he also replaced a level that his workers had taken from my house. Sergio apologized many times."

Hal the owner was always on site, on time, communicated status, provide photos of the process, cleaned up after each day and upon completion; they were extremely responsive to question and any concerns. The entire team was respectful, took special care to minimize dust in other areas and protected our floors. This is a first class team that will not leave the job until you are satisfied. The entire floor and shower seat were torn out, a liner was installed and tiles were replaced. They also removed and replaced the shower door.
