"Unfortunately, no one showed up during the appointed 2-hour period. When I called I was told there had been a mix-up and someone would arrive the following day, which actually happened right at the beginning of the 2-hour period the next day. It was suggested that all 3 of my patio doors could use a re-screening, which I was aware they needed. Within 20 minutes, all 3 doors had been re-screened and were back on track, sliding easily and looking great, and I was only charged for the re-screening. Despite the initial glitch, I would definitely use Patio Door Service again."

He had everything with him, he was fast, the work looks great and it was about 10% of the cost we thought we would end up with if we needed a new door. I called them this morning and spoke to the owner, John. He said they were running a special on replacing garage door springs. I had checked other places and his price was the best. His technician, Michael, came promptly, within the two hour window. Michael was very nice and explained everything as he was repairing the door.

While I was in the garage with him, my two year old granddaughter, locked the dead bolt to the door and I could not get back in the house. We banged, pleaded and yelled, but we could not hear her. I was worried something had happened to her! Michael volunteered to drill the lock out at no cost. He did so and we got back in right away and found her scared, but safe. He even swept up the metal pieces from the drilling!

I am very grateful to Michael and to his company for wonderful service above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Michael, and Advantage very much!

"Process went well, it is very expensive, but they are very good windows, Low E, vinyl and filled with argon gas. Hopefully the money I save on my electric bill will help pay for the windows. Sales guy came out and we decided to just do the upstairs. Took about 3 weeks to get the windows. The install team came and were very friendly they did a good job, had a little mishap where one of the old windows was dropped and cracked my other window. Which they are going to replace. They had some trouble replacing the sliding door with the french doors, but took their time did it right and made it look good. So overall a pretty good experience. Once I pay off some bills I will have them finish with the rest of the house.

"Beyond HAPPY! Our home in Gilbert AZ was leaking after a few big rain storms. I was driving through our neighborhood and noticed True Built was replacing our neighbors roof so I reached out to the company. Why I Hired True Built? LICENSED, BONDED, INSURED : They are licensed, bonded, and insured. The first thing I do before hiring any contractor is verify the contractor is licensed and insured through the AZ ROC. PRICE: I had 4 different roofing contractors come out to our home to inspect and give us quotes. They were all scattered, didn't want to give quotes for 3 days, quotes were super high, and poor presentation. When I called Weston at True Built, he moved his schedule around to come out, inspect, and give me a quote. He gave me a quote within an hour or less. "The two handymen were so professional and quick with their work. Both items were done well. The response time was amazing. I called in the morning and by 2:00 pm the work was done. They cleaned up very well and even put the ladder away that I had out in my own attempts to install the light. I will be using them again soon.

"Gary and his team were extremely easy to work with; they were professional and friendly. We changed our plan (and the estimate) several times without issue (Gary was very flexible). Work began almost immediately, and moved along in a timely fashion; however, we had some special-order materials in our project, and the project took longer than expected because we had to wait for the materials to arrive. They reversed the swing on two of our existing doors, so we didn't have to purchase new doors (or waste the old ones). There is no indication whatsoever that they had done that - the work the carpenter performed was exemplary. We had some complicated wiring involved in the project, as well - the electrician seemed to handle it easily (and everything works as desired). They even encountered an issue with our air handler that was complicated, and they were able to resolve the issue as if it had never occurred. We did encounter some issues after the project was completed, but Gary responded immediately and ensured that the issues were resolved. Finally, we were not charged extra due to any of the surprises that arose during the project. I would recommend GBP Contracting to anyone who is considering remodeling.
