Even though it wasn't a system he sold, he still took care of us. He saved us because the company that sold us our system sold to another company and washed their hands of us. Lanney seems like a straight shooter, not selling us unnecessary add ones. He moved carefully within the home during the process to protect the interior of the home. (Ex. Used a dolly with bigger wheels to protect the stairway. Putting rugs down to protect the floors. ) He taught us things about our water heater we weren't aware of...things our builder neglected to tell us.
