"I hired Kevin to reroute duct going to a vent in an upstairs bedroom after doing my kitchen remodel. Something I thought I could do on my own but a change in my cabinet design plan meant moving my duct about 2 inches over. Kevin quickly replied to my Angi request and came over the same day to provide an estimate. He completed the work the following day! While here, he noticed that my sink wasn't hooked up yet, and said he could do that and install a faucet, recommending me to use a shelf until my counters came in. What a GREAT idea!! So i did just that and asked for a quote to install the piping below the sink and the faucet. His quote was much better than a 5 star plumber I had found online, going above and beyond what the plumber would do by installing new valves for free!! Also asked him to clean out my dryer vent as my brand new dryer was leaking water.. He and his amazing wife pulled out enough lent to fill a queen size pillow!! They said, I was the winner with having the most lent stuck in a dryer vent.. (I'm the new owner of the house). They even showed me how to replace my HVAC filter as I didn't know where it was. "Don was excellent. He performed a very thorough inspection of my system and clearly explained all his findings. My furnace is 20 years old, and despite finding many smaller issues he was not pushy about replacing the entire thing. He just gave an honest assessment of the condition. Don correctly found the issue with the blower (bad controller board) and fixed the cause of the failure (plugged drain pipe, causing water damage). After replacing the board the furnace is back up and running. I'll be giving them a call when it is time to replace the furnace."

"Initially I requested an estimate for a plumbing project already in progress with some challenges. Keith responded immediately to get details and schedule to come out to look at what was needed. He proposed a solution that eliminated any impact to walls or tile to replace old valves and faucets. He and his team completed the work on time and were neat and professional and results were better than I expected. There was no damage at all to what was old tile. I subsequently had him assess an old water heater and decided to replace it. It had to go into a very small areas and be upgraded to code and he was able to solution the replacement to fit perfectly in the limited space. Previously on the project we had noticed a periodic odor of gas but no one had verified a source. Keith identified a leak in the area of the furnace right next to the water heater. We had decided to upgrade the furnace and AC and again Keith and his team were able to get an order in quickly, get the install done exactly as committed and fixed the gas leak in the process. Based on the quality of work performed in each case and the expertise of the team I hired Plumbing Tree again to assess an old furnace and AC at my primary residence. The furnace had been failing at the end of the winter but I waited for summer to replace and it had deteriorated and was not safe. Keith evaluated and gave me two options and was able to get the order in immediately after I decided to go ahead. He scheduled the install within a few days. His crew was on time and completed the install of furnace and AC in one day. Again they were neat, efficient, described all the changes from the old furnace and thermostat to the new and answered all my questions. Everything has been functioning just as I expected for both heat and AC. I recommend Plumbing Tree for these services based on quality and reliability - also cost was competitive and the team they used had the expertise required. "We had the folks from Tuscan Electric complete a difficult project for us yesterday. They provided a competitive estimate, scheduling was easy, and they showed up on time, and added additional man-power as required to complete the project. We replaced a main entrance foyer light, a dining room light, a ceiling fan in our great room, and the replacement of 18 recessed lights in our walkout basement w/new LED lighting. The issue was that the entry and great room replacements were needed to be completed on current devices installed at a height of 25+ foot. They had to rent a 20 foot ladder, have 3 guys to help navigate the install, the span and weight of the ladder, and a multi lift and to complete the build in the clouds. They were a terrific team, who worked well and in unison. Much thanks to Domenic, Jake, and Jim. We highly recommend..."

They came by and examined the situation and rather than try and sell me some services that I didn’t really need, I was totally shocked when they informed me I didn’t have to make the change I thought I would. "While there were some challenges with individuals on this project and it went over on its schedule, we are ultimately very happy with the quality and price of this installation. While Elizabeth wasn't on the actual installation team, she was a key team member in helping us discuss the financing of this project. She was fantastic and a true asset to this organization. The project manager was a wonderful salesperson, but left a little lacking in overall communication of project progress. I also wanted to note that Tipping Hat did cover the repair when the electrician had to unexpectedly put a hole in our drywall. It took some prodding on our part, but they did follow through. Finally, they did a wonderful job of the removal of our swamp cooler which was included in the price of the AC installation."

"On this project, Matt came 24hours after my call to remove an exterior AC unit sitting on a retaining wall (suddenly re-scheduled to be rebuilt the next day). A few days later he returned to reinstall the AC unit. I’ve enjoyed working with Matt since February 2020 when he replaced a broken furnace during a bitter cold snap - now he is my prefered HVAC tech. Matt is personable, a great communicator and really knows his stuff (worked 12+ years in HVAC). I’m the type of customer who wants to know why something works or doesn’t and he answers in terms I can understand. I also appreciate the tips he offers on maintenance and caring for my system. "

"did a good job but very overpriced. Had a AC capacitor replaced. Was charged 580 but when I looked online what an average price to replace was, one site said from 100 to 250, while another said from 150 to 400. He also talked me into getting a hard start kit and charged 638 for that. For what I could find, the part cost around 50. It took less than 30 minutes to replace both. Seems a little pricey to me."
